Meet The Team

Joe worked for an array of other energy firms before establishing Fidelis Royalty, LLC in 2015. His contributions have consisted of project management,
development, lease evaluation, log analysis, financing and overseeing operations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Through his strategies on wealth building and growing client/ vendor relationships, Joe will oversee the day-to-day operations of FRG.

Matthew is a graduate of the University of North Texas, with a B.A. in Biology/Chemistry, as well as an MBA in Strategic Management. Upon completion of Wall Street preparatory programs where he focused on financial modeling and valuation, he helped to structure mergers and acquisitions, along with leveraged buyouts. His primary focus will be to design and refine the tactics that will help to ensure the strategy and mission of FRG.
