Joe worked for an array of other energy firms before establishing Fidelis Royalty, LLC in 2015. His contributions have consisted of project management,
development, lease evaluation, log analysis, financing and overseeing operations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Through his strategies on wealth building and growing client/ vendor relationships, Joe will oversee the day-to-day operations of FRG.

Teo is an accomplished operations and finance leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and profitability across complex industries. Teo built a track record of transforming teams and streamlining operations—first as a business analyst advising dozens of companies nationwide, and later as a finance and sales manager in the transportation industry. As COO of Fidelis Royalty Group, Teo leverages his operational and financial expertise to scale performance, strengthen controls, and drive measurable results in the energy industry.
